The proposed development shall be retained in accordance with the following approved plan, Floorplan as received 16th April 2018, unless the prior written approval has been obtained from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning and as advised in ID.17a of the Planning Practice Guidance.
  2. The development hereby approved shall be used as a personal fitness studio only and not for any other use within Use Class D2 nor any other Use as set out within the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) without the prior approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To prevent harm to residential amenity in line with Policy DM9 of the Surrey Heath Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Document 2012.
  3. The use hereby approved shall not be carried out on the site, except between the hours of 8am and 9pm on weekdays and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays, without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the residential amenities of the neighbouring properties and to accord with Policy DM9 of the Surrey Heath Core Strategy and Development Management Policies 2012.
